北京三帝科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱“三帝科技”）近日宣布，其自主研發(fā)的1.8米大尺寸砂型3D打印設備3DPTEK-J1800成功中標一汽鑄造有限公司黑色鑄造事業(yè)部自動化改造項目。該項目將落地一汽鑄造無錫分公司，標志著雙方在推動汽車制造領域3D打印數字化生產應用方面邁出堅實一步。 

此次合作的核心設備——3DPTEK-J1800，是三帝科技3D鑄造整體解決方案的主力機型，集多項創(chuàng)新技術于一身：高速振動鋪粉技術，顯著提升鋪粉效率和均勻性；高性能成型工藝與智能算法，保障設備運行高效、操作簡便；超大成型尺寸（1800×1000×700 mm）與高精度（最高±0.3mm），滿足大型、復雜砂模的快速制造需求；雙缸交替打印與負壓供墨系統，實現設備連續(xù)、穩(wěn)定生產。該設備專為航空航天、汽車、船舶泵閥、工程機械等領域的大尺寸砂模快速制造及中小批量鑄件生產而設計，能有效滿足復雜樣件研發(fā)與工業(yè)化生產需求。

砂型3D打印技術賦能汽車制造升級

在汽車制造領域，砂型3D打印技術正發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用：1. 提升設計自由度與創(chuàng)新效率，快速制造發(fā)動機、底盤件等設計原型，加速驗證優(yōu)化，縮短研發(fā)周期；2. 攻克復雜精密零件制造難題，如泵體、閉式葉輪等傳統工藝難以加工的部件，免去脫模限制，提升零件性能；3. 實現高效靈活的小批量定制，無需昂貴模具，快速響應市場需求；4. 保障核心部件鑄造質量，直接打印高精度功能性砂芯（如發(fā)動機缸體內部結構），確保鑄件質量。
